We never store audio recordings. All conversations are:

  • Processed in real-time

  • Immediately deleted after processing

  • Never saved or stored

What control do I have over my data?

You have complete control:

Will my data be used for AI training or sold?

  • Geo and Topic Fencing: Starting in Q2, users will be able to set boundaries around what Bee is allowed to learn. You'll have the ability to define topics that should never be processed, and designate physical locations where Bee will automatically pause learning.

  • Advanced on-device AI: We're testing next-generation local models that can run directly on device. These models are already being evaluated by trusted partners and early testers. While we're not ready to release this broadly yet, it's a major focus for Q4.

Yes, Bee integrates seamlessly with Apple Watch, extending your personal AI experience to your wrist.

Is Bee available on Android?

Early access to Bee's Android app is available on the Play Store. Bee Android currently supports a few core features, including summaries, suggested to-dos and chat assistant, but is less stable than our iOS app right now. We’re committed to bringing the full Bee experience to Android and will share updates as development progresses.

How do I set up my Bee?

Setting up Bee is simple and takes just a few minutes. You'll be guided through:

  • Initial device pairing

  • Language preferences

  • Voice training during onboarding so your Bee can recognize you as the owner

  • Setting up your preferred notification and integrations

How do I move Bee from one device to another?

Your Bee is tied to your account, not the operating system, so you can seamlessly transition between platforms. To move Bee to a new device, you’ll have to disconnect it from the first device by rapidly pressing the action button five times until the light flashes blue-green.

How do I wear Bee?

Bee is modular and can be worn in multiple ways:

How do I charge Bee?

Bee charges via the USB-C port located on the back of the device. With its 7-day battery life, you won't need to charge frequently.

Is Bee waterproof?

Bee is water-resistant but not waterproof. While it can handle light exposure to water, you should not wear it while swimming, showering, or in any situation where it would be submerged in water.

What controls does Bee have?

Bee features a single button with multiple functions:

  • Short press: Mute/unmute

  • Long press: Activate walk-and-talk mode

What’s your return policy?

You can return your Bee within 7 days of receipt if the device is in its original condition and intact. To process a return:

  • Contact hi@bee.computer to initiate the return process

  • Ship the device back at your own expense

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Ensure the device is undamaged and in working condition

Is Bee available outside the United States?

No, Bee is currently only shipping to United States customers for now. Please contact hi@bee.computer for help if you've already ordered one as an international customer.
